You then act as the liaison between our Service Technicians and the client, explaining all recommended work and getting authorization to perform repairs. You provide honest, accurate estimates on labor and parts and ensure that all charges are billed out correctly. One day each week (on Saturdays specifically), you serve as Manager-on-Duty and assist with any client or team member concerns that may arise. Our team members believe that integrity matters!
