Supply Chain Analyst 6-12 Months ContractRancho Cordova, CAJob DescriptionThe Planning Clerk supports the NPI Planning team and post PRQ SSD build execution through accurate data entry, reporting, purchase order (PO) management, and coordination of post PRQ build requests. This role interfaces with multiple cross functional teams to ensure build requests are accurate, complete, and executed correctly, supporting organizational goals and strategic objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesNPI Planning & Administrative SupportPerform data entry and data maintenance across planning tools and systemsGenerate routine and ad hoc reports to support NPI planning activitiesExecute report uploads and validate data accuracy and completenessCreate, track, and maintain purchase orders; follow up on status as neededSupport process documentation, work instructions, and planning workflowsPost PRQ SSD Build ManagementManage and coordinate post PRQ SSD build requestsReview incoming post PRQ build requests for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with required informationCommunicate with multiple teams (Planning, PMT, Engineering, ODMs, Operations) to clarify requirements and resolve issuesWork closely with manufacturing teams to correct errors and ensure build requests are ready for executionTrack post PRQ build status and support issue resolution as neededEnsure consistent communication and documentation throughout the post PRQ build processRequired Skills & QualificationsProficiency in Windows applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint,Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and SharePointStrong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or missing informationAbility to manage multiple requests and work across teams with competing prioritiesClear written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working in a process driven, operations focused environmentEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent required4+ years of relevant experience in planning, operations, supply chain, or administrative support roles
