Supply Chain Analyst

Job SummaryThe Supply Chain Analyst (NPI & Post PRQ Build Operations) supports the NPI Planning team and post-PRQ SSD build execution by ensuring accurate data entry, reporting, purchase order (PO) management, and coordination of build requests. This role works cross-functionally with Planning, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to ensure build readiness, accuracy, and timely execution aligned with business goals.Key Responsibilities1. NPI Planning & Administrative SupportPerform data entry and maintain planning data across tools and systemsGenerate routine and ad hoc reports to support NPI planning activitiesUpload reports and validate data accuracy and completenessCreate, track, and manage purchase orders (POs); follow up on statusSupport documentation including SOPs, workflows, and planning processes2. Post PRQ SSD Build ManagementCoordinate and manage post PRQ SSD build requestsReview incoming requests for completeness, accuracy, and required detailsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Planning, PMT, Engineering, ODMs, Operations)Work with manufacturing teams to resolve errors and ensure build readinessTrack build status and support issue resolutionMaintain consistent communication and documentation throughout the processRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong proficiency in Microsoft tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePointHigh attention to detail with strong data validation skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, cross-functional environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working in structured, process-driven operationsEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent required4+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, operations, or administrative rolesPreferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)Experience supporting NPI (New Product Introduction) or manufacturing buildsStrong Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, formulas)Experience with enterprise tools such as SAP, Ariba, Windchill, or Power BIExperience working with PMTs (Program Management Teams) and ODMs (Original Design Manufacturers)
