***Accounting Operations Manager*** Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Accounting Operations Manager to join Danny's Home Health Care Inc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing financial guidance, overseeing financial planning and operations, and driving the organization's financial performance. This is a critical role that requires exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial markets and regulations, and the ability to drive growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the organization's long-term financial stability Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting Conduct risk analysis and develop risk management strategies to mitigate financial risks Manage tax accounting and ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations Provide guidance on revenue management and cost accounting to optimize profitability Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and board of directors Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with financial regulations Monitor industry trends and changes in accounting standards to ensure the organization remains in compliance Oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors, while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and managing cash flow efficiently. Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and maintaining confidentiality and integrity of payroll data. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or Master's degree preferred). 5+ years of experience in accounting, experience in a supervisory or management role a plus. Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP), financial reporting, and compliance requirements. Proficiency in accounting software and payroll systems Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Experience in home health or healthcare is a PLUS!!
