ServiceNow CMDB Business Analyst
A company is looking for a ServiceNow CMDB BSA.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the design, governance, and operational excellence of the CMDB within the ServiceNow platform
Monitor CMDB data quality and health, supporting and troubleshooting CMDB issues
Manage and improve CMDB governance, documentation, and training while driving continuous improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in a related role
Strong expertise with ServiceNow CMDB, including CI class structures, reconciliation, discovery, and integrations
Experience working with technical teams across infrastructure, applications, and platform engineering
Technical CMDB expertise with a process-driven, analytical mindset
