Executive Chef
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence, creativity, and leadership skills to drive our kitchen operations to success.
Duties
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and recipe creation
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure high-quality food presentation and taste
- Maintain inventory control and ordering supplies as needed
- Collaborate with management on budgeting and cost control measures
- Supervise food safety standards and compliance with health regulations
- Develop new dishes and innovative culinary offerings
- Coordinate catering events and special functions
Experience
The successful candidate should possess:
- Extensive experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong background in shift management, catering, and kitchen operations
- Proficiency in inventory control and cost management
- Ability to lead and mentor kitchen staff effectively
- Excellent teamwork and team management skills
- Proven track record in supervising culinary teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences

Pay: From $105,000.00 per year
