Additional Responsibilities Include:\n\nAssisting the sales management team in closing timeshare sales, generating maximum sales efficiencies while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume.\nSupervising the sales line through training, modeling, and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors, and results. Promoting and supporting all aspects of the branded HGV culture.\nMust maintain a professional and personal image that upholds the HGV standards of integrity, quality and service to customers.\nPerform other duties as assigned by Sales Management based upon business needs\n\n What are we looking for?\n\n\n \n\n\nHilton Grand Vacations is a leader in the vacation ownership industry, operating with an unwavering commitment to innovation, quality, and continued growth. To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: \n\nProven track record of success in timeshare sales.\nA minimum of 2 years' front-to-back experience within timeshare sales.\nAbility to work a flexible schedule which includes evenings, weekends and holidays.\nAbility to acquire an active State of Hawaii Real Estate License within the first 45 days of employment.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n \n \nIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:\n\nPrevious T.O. sales closing or sales management experience.\n2 + years&#39; front-to-back experience within timeshare sales.\n2 years' experience mentoring, coaching or supervising team members.\nActive Hawaii State Real Estate License.\n \nWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
