AI ASIC Hardware Intern

We are seeking highly motivated AI ASIC Hardware Interns to join our engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and verification of hardware blocks used in AI accelerators. You will gain hands-on experience in real-world ASIC development flows and collaborate closely with experienced engineers.ResponsibilitiesAssist in RTL design and implementation of digital hardware blocksSupport functional verification using SystemVerilog/UVM or similar methodologiesContribute to microarchitecture definition and performance analysisDevelop and run testbenches for validating design correctnessParticipate in debugging, simulation, and design optimizationCollaborate with cross-functional teams (architecture, software, and physical design)Minimum QualificationsPursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Engineering (CE), or related fieldCompleted coursework in:Digital Logic DesignComputer ArchitectureProgramming (e.g., Python, C/C++)Hands-on experience through relevant class projects in design, verification, or hardware testingPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with RTL design (Verilog/SystemVerilog)Exposure to ASIC or FPGA design flowsExperience with simulation/debug tools (e.g., VCS, Questa, Verdi)Basic understanding of AI/ML hardware conceptsKnowledge of scripting (Python, TCL, or similar)What You’ll GainReal-world ASIC development experience in AI hardwareMentorship from experienced hardware engineersOpportunity to work on cutting-edge accelerator architecturesExposure to industry-standard tools and workflows
