ResponsibilitiesWhat does a Part Time Receptionist Do?Work with the office staff to fulfill general office duties which include (but not limited to) filing, scanning, greeting customers, taking payment, answering phones and doing other daily work.Part Time Receptionists work evenings and Saturdays revolving with another Part Time Receptionist. Schedules are published a month in advance.Monday - Thursday shift 2:30pm - 8:00pm Friday shift 2:30pm - 6:00pmSaturday shift 8:30am - 5:00pm.Flexible 20-25 hour work weeks.QualificationsMust be a “team player”Must be reliableExceptional ability to learn and growAmazing work ethicDetail orientedAbility to learn from veteran staffOutstanding ability to work with a team and take directionAbility and willingness to adopt modern technologyStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in use of basic computer and phone systemsAbility to bend, move, lift and physically perform duties in the scope of this position.Please apply to this ad and/or email your resume to: pnieken@tenvoordeford.com showing your work experience and references.
