Customer Service Representative

Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Customer Service Representative opportunity at NDX Thoele Dental Laboratory in St. Cloud, MN. The regular hours for this position are from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.This is a full-time position featuring employee benefits including: health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance; paid holiday, vacation, and sick time; 401K with company contribution; and tuition reimbursement!Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:Answer phones in a timely mannerProcess outgoing calls in a timely mannerTroubleshoot technical issues, including shade, material, poor impressions and missing items or informationBuild solid relationships with staff members in customer offices as well as dental labAnalyze remakes by customer and ensure any issues are resolvedEnter/schedule IOS casesResponsible for PricingAccount Receivables backupAll other duties as assignedSkills and Abilities Required:Must be able to read, write, speak and understand EnglishMust have computer skills including typing and familiarity with Microsoft Office productsVerbally communicate via telephone-maintaining a positive demeanorVerbally communicate with all levels of staff-maintaining a positive demeanorTakes initiativeListening SkillsAttention to detail and accuracyMinimum Education and Experience Required:High school diploma or equivalentPreferred: Minimum 5 years of experience in a dental environment or call centerWorking knowledge of Microsoft OfficeHazardous Materials or Equipment Used:General office equipmentPhysical Requirements:Perform tasks at multiple workstations-standing and sitting for extended periods of timePush, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 25 poundsEqual Opportunity EmployerThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
