Primary Care - Northern Florida Community Health Center is seeking Family Practitioners to join their team Base salary: $200,000+ with 2-year guarantee plus up to $32,000 in bonuses annually 4 clinic sites to choose from in Northern Florida - all are within 40-60 minutes of Gainesville (University of Florida) Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with rotating Saturday clinic (8-10 shifts per year) Shared call rotation with LPN triage Average patient volume: 18-20 per day by the end of year one Supervise Physician Assistants after settling in EMR Gensuite Full benefits package offered including paid malpractice, 401k with 5% match, CME time and allowance, 31 days of PTO, student loan repayment through NHSC or PSLF (HPSA Score: 22), and more!
