Sales & Partnerships Executive – Software Agency

We’re looking for a high-performing Sales & Partnerships Executive to help grow Remote Club, a nearshore software development agency connecting US companies with top engineering talent from LatAm.What you’ll do:* Drive new business with US-based startups and tech companies* Develop strategic partnerships with Big Tech ecosystems (AWS, Microsoft, Google, etc.)* Sell nearshore software development, AI engineering, and staff augmentation services* Strong focus on AI-driven solutions (agents, automation, LLM apps, MVPs)* Attend relevant industry events to generate and close high-quality deals* Build and manage outbound pipeline (LinkedIn, email, events, partnerships)What we’re looking for:* Experience in software agencies or nearshoring companies (must-have)* Strong exposure to US tech/startup ecosystem* Experience or interest in AI-driven products and services* Fluent in English + Spanish* Proactive, self-driven, and hungry to scale* Comfortable leveraging events for business development*Live in Houston or AustinWhat we offer:* High commission-based compensation (uncapped upside)* Remote role with flexible structure* Opportunity to build Big Tech partnerships from scratch* Fast-growing agency with strong demand in AI + software delivery* Performance-based growth into leadership rolesIf you’re a closer with energy, ownership, and ambition to scale fast — we want to talk
