Salary: $260,000 - 260,000 per year Requirements: We need applicants with at least 1 year of hands-on experience using Defold and/or Solar2D, gained through professional roles, freelance work, or published mobile games.We are looking for a solid working knowledge of Lua scripting, 2D game development principles, and mobile deployment workflows.Strong written communication and careful attention to detail are essential.Candidates must be able to work independently and follow written instructions.Applicants should have practical exposure to mobile game development, such as scene management, game mechanics prototyping, physics simulation, UI/UX workflows, or build review for accuracy, performance, and design consistency.Candidates must currently reside in the United States. Responsibilities: We will rely on you to develop tool-focused questions based on your experience and real-world engine workflows.You will review AI-generated responses for accuracy and relevance to indie game development and engine-specific tasks.You will use your background in mobile and 2D game development to evaluate content related to Defold and/or Solar2D.You will provide feedback that helps improve AI understanding of mobile game development workflows.You will work independently on flexible, asynchronous contract projects as assignments become available. This is a fully remote, independent contractor opportunity with no minimum hour requirement, and contributors often work about 5–20 hours per week when active projects are available. We welcome applicants with backgrounds in mobile game development, 2D interactive media, or iOS and Android development with a game focus.
