This role is your opportunity to foster growth in others and create measurable impact for our customers and business.How You'll Make an ImpactSupervise daily operations of a residential sales team to achieve sales targets and grow customer baseRecruit, interview, hire and train Residential Connectivity Sales staff, ensuring team development and readinessSet clear expectations and hold team members accountable for results, providing coaching and performance feedbackAssess training needs, identify knowledge gaps and implement development plans forResidential Connectivity Sales SpecialistsCollaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to accomplish objectives and support business decisionsOversee payroll approval and commission payments for accuracy and timelinessMaintain up-to-date understanding of Spectrum product offerings, market trends and competitor activityWorking ConditionsField and office environment with significant time spent outsideExposure to various weather conditions throughout the yearTravel required between assigned territories and company facilitiesWhat You'll Bring to SpectrumRequired QualificationsEducation* Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or equivalent work experienceExperience* 2+ years of outside sales or related work experienceSkillsAbility to read, write, speak and understand EnglishExcellent communication, interpersonal and organizational abilitiesStrong technical and computer proficiencyCapability to travel using a reliable personal vehicle, including in adverse weather conditionsComfortable working outdoors for extended periodsFamiliarity with operating systems, consumer and commercial communications devices and software applicationsWillingness to work evenings and weekends as neededAccurate documentation skillsValid driver's license, satisfactory driving record and auto insuranceCapability to lift and transport 10-20 poundsAbility to adjust focus and maintain close and peripheral visionWillingness to conduct door-to-door sales in local communities for extended periodsPreferred QualificationsExperience* 0.5+ years of sales supervisory experienceSkillsUnderstanding of direct sales practicesExperience in consumer education regarding products and servicesKnowledge of cable or telecommunications services#LI-SWD74SDT465 2026-72014 2026Here, our employees don't just have jobs, they're building careers. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
