Guest Service SupervisorJob Category: Guest ServicesLocation: Spare Time - Clifton Park, NY1668 Route 9, Clifton Park, NY 12065, USAFull-TimeJob DetailsDescriptionGuest Services Supervisor - Spare Time Entertainment - Clifton Park, NYWhat You'll DoLead and support our Front Desk Attendants to keep the front of house running smoothly and the atmosphere lively, friendly, and organized.Ensure our facility is clean, well-presented, and ready to "wow" guests.Oversee daily operations in our amusement areas and assist with scheduling team members to meet business needs.Train, coach, and motivate Front Desk Attendants and Porters to deliver top-tier service.Partner with the General Manager on promotions, leagues, and special events.Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and leadership in person, over the phone, and via our POS and PA systems.Keep tabs on inventory, supplies, and equipment, addressing any issues promptly.Lead by example through our Spare Time Service Standards (Code S.E.R.V.E.) ensuring every guest feels welcome, valued, and excited to return.Respond quickly to guest needs, safety issues, or incidents with professionalism and care.Complete shift reports, handle cash or vouchers accurately, and help keep operations running seamlessly.What You BringHigh school diploma or equivalent (some college a plus).2+ years of guest service experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.Strong communication and organizational skills, with comfort using Microsoft Office tools.A positive attitude, calm under pressure, and an ability to inspire those around you.What to ExpectA lively, energetic environment filled with music, lights, and smiling faces.Frequent interaction with large groups, families, and kids every day brings something new.Standing and walking for long periods, occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, and weekend/holiday availability.If you thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and love creating moments that make someone's day, we'd love to meet you!Apply today for immediate consideration and come help us make Spare Time the best time.Pay Range: $17.50-19.50/hour
