This entails collaborating closely with sales management to develop and execute chemical programs.What You'll DoMaintain regular communication with sales management to keep stakeholders informed on account activityComplete weekly reporting and manage inventory to ensure visibility and accountabilityPerform on-site testing to verify safety and effectiveness of treatment programsProactively address customer issues, collaborating with sales and customer teams to implement corrective actionsAnalyze data to evaluate program performance and drive continuous improvement decisionsPartner with plant/process owners to lead and implement ongoing process improvements in a manufacturing environmentWhat You'll BringB.S. in Science or Engineering (preferred) 1-3 years industry experience (pulp & paper or water treatment preferred) Documented results making process improvements, solving complex and non-routine technical problemsProject management experienceStrong relationship building skillsGood communication skills both written and oral with multiple organizational levelsExperience learning new concepts and/or technology and applying themAbility to work with autonomySolid mechanical and electrical aptitude and skills.
