Timely follow-up on company provided leads Maintain an above industry standard high level closing rate Establish and maintain customer rapport Present the right products and service solutions Develop key client relationships, negotiating and assist the customer through the sales cycle Create sales proposals that are accurate, complete, and easily understood by the installation team Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing Become an expert of your market area Help set aggressive sales plans, propose expansions Ask for referrals to expand your customer base Qualifications: Do I have What it Takes? Minimum 2 years In-Home Sales experience Driven and passionate Ability to cultivate existing relationship while farming for additional Dedication to the trades Experience in Home Water Treatment (preferred) not required Weekly and monthly reports Availability on some evenings and weekends Honest Keeping you comfortable with expert heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical service Since 1974.
