Leadership in PedagogyChampion experiential learning and support faculty in adopting new technologies, expanding student engagement, and redesigning assessments to support student learning outcomes.Design and deliver trainings, including creating micro-credentials for online and HyFlex instruction.Share research in teaching and learning, assessment, teaching innovations, and student success through CETL communications and strategic initiatives. CETL Program CoordinationManage CETL events, trainings, communications, and day-to-day operations.Supervise CETL graduate assistant and technology fellow. Represent NSU in SDBOR and COPLAC teaching networks and coordinate faculty mentoring efforts.Knowledge of:* Pedagogy, learning management systems, learning theories, technologies and computer software.Skill & Ability to:Communicate effectively, maintain confidentiality, collaborate across faculty of various ranks and disciplines, prioritize daily tasks while advancing long-term goals, host events and trainings, organize an office and manage student employees, and maintain detailed records.Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
