Reporting to the Dean of Students, the Director will play a pivotal role in enhancing the student experience and fostering a vibrant, inclusive campus community. This is a unique opportunity to build upon South Dakota's top-rated residence halls, implement innovative housing technology, and contribute meaningfully to the execution of the Student Affairs Strategic Plan (2025-30). The successful candidate will help shape the future of student engagement, lead transformative initiatives, and support institutional growth through strategic leadership and collaboration.Key Responsibilities:Housing Programs: Ensure safe, comfortable, affordable, and appealing housing options for students living on campus.
