Dispatch Coordinator - Maintenance Program

Job Description O'Gary Construction Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Dispatch Coordinator to support our growing nationwide Maintenance Program for commercial facilities and TA Truck Stop locations.This position plays a critical role in coordinating service requests, dispatching vendors, managing work orders in Limble CMMS, and ensuring maintenance issues are handled quickly, professionally, and efficiently.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well under pressure, and can manage multiple moving parts while maintaining strong attention to detail.ResponsibilitiesReceive and manage incoming maintenance service requestsCreate and track work orders within Limble CMMSDispatch vendors and subcontractors from O'Gary's approved vendor networkCoordinate emergency and non-emergency maintenance requestsObtain and compare vendor quotes for non-emergency repairsFollow up with vendors to ensure timely completion of workMonitor open work orders and maintain accurate status updatesReview vendor completion notes, photos, and documentationCoordinate invoice submission and closeout proceduresMaintain communication with clients, store management, and internal teamsHelp ensure high levels of response time, accountability, and customer serviceQualificationsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with urgency and professionalismExperience with dispatching, maintenance coordination, construction administration, or facilities management preferredExperience using CMMS software (Limble preferred) is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systemsStrong attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to prioritize emergency situations effectivelyPreferred ExperienceConstruction or commercial maintenance industry experienceVendor coordination or subcontractor managementDispatching or service coordinationWork order management systemsCustomer service and operations supportWhat We OfferGrowth opportunities within a rapidly expanding maintenance divisionCollaborative team environmentOpportunity to help build and improve nationwide maintenance operationsCompetitive pay based on experiencePTO and benefits package availableCompany DescriptionO'Gary Construction Group is a nationwide general contractor and maintenance provider specializing in commercial construction, industrial construction, facility maintenance, and travel center operations.
