Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Fayetteville, AR area for a Construction Project Manager. The Construction Project Manager will oversee daily operations of custom home and exterior construction projects, manage budgets, coordinate schedules, and liaise with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. The role involves ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for addressing challenges on-site, monitoring progress, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. Qualifications Expertise in Construction Project Management, Construction Management, and Project CoordinationStrong skills in Budgeting and Project ManagementAbility to effectively manage schedules, resources, and team membersKnowledge of construction codes, safety regulations, and quality standardsProven leadership and decision-making abilitiesStrong communication and organizational skillsProficiency in project management software is a plusPrior experience in residential construction is preferredBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is beneficial
