Sr. Bumper Design EngineerLocation: Raymond, OHSoftwareCATIA V5 CATIA V6 ResponsibilitiesDevelop bumper design concepts based on OEM direction. Perform CAD activities using CATIA V5/V6. Evaluate designs and close open issues. Create layouts. Perform styling feasibility with LA Studio. Develop 3D models. Create OEM-standard drawings. Support documentation. Perform cost estimation and supplier quote analysis. Attend evaluations and support gap & flush, IQS, wiring, piping, and change management. RequirementsFull-time onsite at Honda, Raymond, OH. Act as onsite lead between OEM and offshore teams. Manage offshore engineering workload. Understand OEM product development process. Strong CATIA V5/V6 expertise. Ability to coordinate with styling, suppliers, and manufacturing. Knowledge of automotive cost drivers and design optimization.
