Mechanical Assembler

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Mechanical Assemblers to assemble custom housing fixtures for electrical accessories in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will maintain high quality standards while meeting production goals, following assembly instructions, and contributing to a safe and efficient workplace. *Schedule:* Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm _*Key Responsibilities:*_ * Assemble components, and accessories according to work orders and assembly specifications. * Read and interpret work orders, assembly instructions, and basic technical drawings. * Operate assembly equipment and hand tools. * Perform assembly tasks such as riveting, applying silicone, attaching components, cleaning finished products, and packaging completed items. * Ensure products meet quality standards and minimize rework or product returns. * Meet production targets while maintaining accuracy and workmanship. * Follow all workplace safety procedures and guidelines. * Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly care for assigned tools and equipment. _*Qualifications:*_ * Ability to read and follow written work instructions and assembly procedures. * Experience using basic hand and power tools. * Must have previous assembly experience. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Ability to work efficiently in a production environment and meet performance expectations. * Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. * Ability to pass pre employment drug and background screenings. _*Pay range starts at:*_ $18.00-20.00 per hour, based on experience, with competitive benefits and growth potential after the probationary period.
