Recruiter/Scheduler position

Staffing Coordination Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all assigned clients. Coordinate daily staffing needs, including filling open shifts, securing substitutes, and adjusting schedules as service needs change. Communicate staffing changes promptly to clinical supervisors2. Recruitment and Hiring Support Assist with recruitment of qualified candidates. Conduct initial applicant screenings to ensure candidates meet minimum qualifications for roles. Coordinate interviews between applicants and HR. Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Outreach and event coordination3. Clinical and Administrative Communication Serve as a liaison between the clinical and administrative teams regarding staffing needs and scheduling constraints. Communicate staffing requirements (credentials, experience level, program needs) to the administrative team. Provide updates to clinical leadership regarding staffing availability and recruitment progress.4. Credential and Qualification Verification Track required credentials, background clearances, and other job-related requirements. Ensure staff assigned to cases meet program, payer, and regulatory requirements.
