Job DescriptionAs a Ship/Rec Specialist - Level 1 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing the shipping and receiving of materials, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing shipments are handled efficiently and accurately. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the flow of goods and materials within the organization, supporting our operational and production needs.In this role, you will impact the smooth operation of our supply chain by maintaining accurate records, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIESReceive, inspect, and process incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality. Prepare and package outgoing shipments in accordance with company standards and customer requirements. Maintain accurate records of all shipping and receiving activities and update inventory systems accordingly. QualificationsM- F (7am- 3:30pm)PAY TRANSPARENCYThe hourly salary range for this position is @20.48/hr.- $25.60/hr.Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Person RequirementsDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.YOU MUST HAVEExperience in shipping and receiving operations within a manufacturing or supply chain environment. Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management systems to accurately track shipments and receipts. Familiarity with safety standards and compliance requirements related to shipping and receiving activities. Proficiency in using material handling equipment and basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping. This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. To be eligible for this position, you must be a “US Person” under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license) Ability to obtain and maintain Security Clearance WE VALUEHigh school diploma or equivalent. Experience operating a Forklift. 1-3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to changing priorities. Basic knowledge of ERP/SAP or inventory management software is a plus.
