We are seeking a Human Resources Analyst to lead critical compensation initiatives while contributing to a broad range of HR functions in a dynamic manufacturing environment.This is a fully on-site role, offering a unique opportunity to partner closely with leaders and employees on the floor and in operations. You’ll play a key role in shaping fair, competitive pay practices while also building your expertise across recruiting, training, and benefits—making this an ideal position for someone looking to grow into a well-rounded HR leader.Key ResponsibilitiesCompensation & Analytics (Primary Focus)Lead market pricing and benchmarking efforts using salary surveys and industry dataAnalyze internal equity and recommend pay adjustments to support consistent and fair compensation practicesSupport the development and maintenance of salary structures, pay ranges, and incentive programsCreate and maintain compensation guidelines, policies, and proceduresConduct job evaluations and maintain job descriptions and classificationsPartner with HR and business leaders to provide strategic, data-driven compensation recommendationsMonitor compensation trends and ensure compliance with applicable regulationsBuild and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to inform decision-makingBroader HR Exposure & Growth OpportunitiesSupport recruiting efforts through data analysis, workforce insights, and process improvementsContribute to training and development initiatives by analyzing program effectiveness and participationAssist in benefits analysis, including reporting on utilization and cost trendsParticipate in cross-functional HR projects, gaining hands-on experience across multiple HR disciplinesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field requiredMinimum of 5 years of HR analyst experience with a strong focus on compensation, preferably within a manufacturing environmentExperience with job evaluation, market pricing, and compensation structure designWorking knowledge of compensation practices, trends, and regulatory requirementsSkills & CompetenciesStrong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insightsExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing prioritiesAdvanced Excel and HRIS proficiency; experience with data visualization tools is a plusStrong communication skills with the ability to influence and partner with leaders at all levelsHigh attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive, confidential informationPreferred QualificationsExperience in a manufacturing or industrial settingProfessional certifications (e.g., CCP, SHRM-CP, PHR)Experience working with compensation survey tools and systemsWhy This Role?Make a direct impact on compensation strategy and employee experienceWork hands-on in a manufacturing environment, partnering closely with operationsExpand your HR expertise beyond compensation into recruiting, training, and benefitsBuild a strong foundation for career growth into broader HR leadership rolesTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS10% (Domestic and International)
