For more information, visit www.securitashealthcare.comThis is a hybrid role, requiring three days per week onsite at one of our Lincoln, NE, Carmel, IN, or Wilmington, DE offices.ResponsibilitiesWork with Sales, Finance & HR to update annual compensation plan components and build annual quotasLead the annual review, update and distribution of compensation plan documents Complete commission related month-end close activities, including preparation of accrual journal entries Prepare, maintain, and administer monthly and quarterly reports, calculations, and commission statements to ensure timely and accurate payroll processingServe as the primary point of contact for commission related questions from Sales Proactively identify and advise on process and efficiency improvementsCollaborate with business leadership, Sales, Finance/Controllership, and Human ResourcesSupport broader Commercial Finance activities as neededRequirements2+ years of financial analyst experience with an operating company, of which 1-2 should be in commercial finance or variable compensationPrior experience with a publicly traded company preferredExperience presenting to executive management teamsExperience in fast-change environmentsSkillsStrong analytical skillsStrong problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal & communication skills; ability to work across all functionsComputer ProficiencyMS Office knowledge & advanced Excel skills requiredSalesforce knowledge requiredNetSuite knowledge helpfulDatabase knowledge helpfulTravel10% of the timeJob Title: Financial AnalystSupervisor’s Title: Sr. Manager, Commercial FinanceDepartment Name:FinanceFLSA: Exempt, Full TimeThe actual salary offer will take into account multiple factors including skills, experience, education and location.
