Job Responsibilities Provide perioperative nursing care by preparing the operating room and assisting with ophthalmology, ortho, and breast/plastic surgical cases. Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure patient safety, adherence to protocols, and efficient case flow, especially during emergent procedures. Maintain accurate documentation within the EPIC EMR system, including patient records, procedure details, and intraoperative updates. Execute on-call duties, including responding within 30 minutes to emergent retina cases and supporting after-hours surgical needs.
