Our Front Office Representatives is the first friendly face a client sees walking through the Greenville office door and also serves as a Call Center Representative.Considering our tremendous growth, we are adding this new position to our Greenville, SC team. The ideal candidate would be a self-motivated person with the ability to multitask. Strong customer service skills needed in addition to general office duties.Our Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following QualificationsGreeting customers and visitors to the office, ensuring guests are comfortable and are connected with the right office personnelManaging schedules for conference and community spacesProcess incoming/outgoing mail and FedEx servicesAdministrative support to staffNotarizing documents Traveling to meet with clients for signups Strong interview and communication skillsData entry skillsAttention to detailAbility to multi-taskIntegrity and professionalismWe're Looking For Someone Who HasAt least 2 years of office coordinator experience Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is strongly desired but not required SC Notary license (or has the ability to become a Notary upon hiring)Valid Driver’s licenseWorking knowledge of office equipment (e.g. optical scanner)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsCurrently, we are recruiting for a candidate that is available during the week (M-F), 8:00AM - 5:00 PM. Previous customer service, sales, or call center experience also preferred. Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is strongly desired, though not required.
