Office Manager

Description We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join a growing financial services firm in the Greater Greenville, South Carolina area. In this role, you will oversee office operations and provide critical support to financial advisors and staff in a detail-oriented and fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for someone who excels at balancing administrative responsibilities with client-focused tasks while maintaining high standards of organization and confidentiality. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, including supplies, mail handling, and vendor relationships. Coordinate schedules and appointments, ensuring smooth meeting logistics. Organize and support events such as client workshops, seminars, and team meetings. Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of office procedures and records. Assist with technology tools and ensure efficient use of office systems. Provide administrative support to financial advisors for client meetings and communications. Prepare meeting materials, correspondence, and follow-up documentation for client interactions. Facilitate client onboarding processes and ensure timely completion of reporting and record-keeping. Oversee HR-related tasks, including onboarding and benefits coordination. Collaborate with leadership to promote a productive and supportive work environment. Requirements 3+ years of experience in office management, operations, or administrative leadership, preferably within financial services, wealth management, banking, insurance, or other professional services environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with client management systems. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences. Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. Knowledge of benefits coordination, compensation, and leave administration is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
