Sr. Product Manager, Data Activation

The Senior Product Manager, Data Activation owns the foundational capabilities that make audience and content data usable across a portfolio of consumer-facing digital products. This role focuses on launching reliable, reusable platforms for managing user data, defining audiences, and activating insights across products and channels-enabling product and experience teams to deliver relevant, differentiated user experiences at scale.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the domain roadmap for data activation and targeting, including user data management, audience segmentation, and core activation capabilities used across multiple product lines.Define and evolve shared audience preferences and engagement data to enable a consistent, cross-channel view of u across web, mobile, email, and community experiences.Partner cross-functionally to sequence work and manage dependencies in support of launching differentiated, data-informed product experiences.Establish shared decision criteria, governance, and operating standards so teams can activate audience data consistently, safely, and responsibly across use cases.Ensure trusted, well-governed data is usable by downstream systems, with attention to quality, latency, and reliability.Evaluate build vs. buy options across the data activation stack (e.g., customer data platforms, targeting and messaging tools), define selection criteria, and manage adoption and feature evolution.Lead execution across complex dependencies, including MVP scoping, rollout readiness, stakeholder alignment, and risk management.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Required Skills & Experience5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of shared platforms or data services used by multiple teams.Experience delivering capabilities such as user profiles, audience segmentation and targeting, or personalization systems at scale.Strong product judgment with the ability to define decision criteria, make tradeoffs under uncertainty, and align stakeholders across functions.Proven track record of executing across cross-team dependencies with clear sequencing, ownership, and accountability. Nice to Have Skills & ExperienceExperience enabling data for ML-powered products, including data readiness for training and real-time serving.Familiarity with customer data platforms, experimentation frameworks, and messaging or activation tools, including build vs. buy decision-making.Experience improving platform leverage metrics such as adoption, time-to-integrate, and reuse across teams.
