Duties may include electrical, plumbing, painting, mechanical, pool area, garage, trash room, common areas, and responding to resident maintenance requests.The candidate must be dependable, organized, hands-on, and able to work well with residents, staff, vendors, and management.Requirements:Experience in condominium, hotel, commercial building, or high-rise maintenance preferred. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, pumps, doors, locks, and general repairs is helpful.
