About the Role
Were hiring anAccount Executiveto drive new revenue and expand existing accounts in theWest Coastterritory. Youll own thefull sales cycle from first outreach and discovery to demo, proposal, negotiation, and closeworking closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys sellingcomplex, technical softwareto teams that care aboutprocess, compliance, and traceability .
What you'll Do
Own the full cycle:discovery ? demo ? proposal ? negotiation ? close
Inbound + outbound:respond quickly to inbound leads and prospect targeted accounts in-region
Sell to technical stakeholders:Engineering, QA, Systems, DevOps, Product, Compliance
Grow existing customers:identifyupsell/cross-sellopportunities across teams and business units
Run a clean pipeline:forecast, keep CRM accurate, and execute multi-channel sequences (email/phone/LinkedIn)
Collaborate cross-functionally:align with Marketing/CS/Product to improve conversion and customer outcomes
Bring market insights:share feedback to sharpen messaging and campaigns
What are we looking for? (Must have)
25+ yearsofB2B SaaSsales experience
Proven experience owningfull-cycle deals(mid-market preferred; enterprise is a plus)
Strongdiscovery, demo, and negotiationskills
Comfortable selling intotechnical environments(Engineering / QA / DevOps / Systems)
Strong remote communication + organization (pipeline hygiene, follow-ups, urgency)
Able to workPST/MST business hours(location flexible if hours align)
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Nice to have
Experience sellingengineering/QA workflow tools(ALM, requirements, test management, DevOps, PLM, systems engineering tools)
Exposure toregulated industries(Aerospace, Automotive, MedTech, Energy, Industrial)
Familiarity with compliance/standards contexts (traceability, audits, verification/validation)
Technical degree (Engineering/CS)not requiredif you can sell to technical buyers
