We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Apartment Manager to join our team and help elevate our 142-apartment community.Role DescriptionThis is a Temp full-time on-site role for a Property Manager, located in La Habra, CA. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the property, coordinating maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with property regulations, ensuring resident retention, lease ups, and managing tenant relations. Additionally, the Property Manager will handle budgeting, rent collection, and lease administration. The Property Manager will also be responsible for preparing financial reports and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all phases of property operations for a large multi-family 142-apartment community.Ensure meeting revenue goals, occupancy management, and resident retention to ensure high occupancy and rent collections.Manage all contractual and financial tenant responsibilities, revenue growth, timely rent collections, delinquencies, leasing, advertising, marketing, and overall property performance.Lead a team of 4 or more staff members, providing guidance and support.Handle vacant readiness, and major renovation oversight and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Analyze market rent, lead and leasing, financial reports, prepare weekly, monthly reports, and participate in the preparation of expense budget(s).Utilize Yardi software, reports, and reporting documentation.Provide top notch customer service-oriented environment while maintaining compliance with all fair housing and legislative requirements.Complete and verify weekly reports, evaluations and recommendations.Manage special projects and additional duties as assigned.Qualifications5+ years of onsite property management experience and knowledge of property regulationsMaintenance coordination and tenant relations skillsFinancial management, including budgeting and rent collection, and lease administration skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work independentlyExperience with property management Yardi Voyager softwareDirect supervision experience of 4 or more.Experience in leasing, sales, closing techniques and marketing.Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.Experience managing residential properties of 142+ units.Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, or related years of experience in the field is preferredPreferred Bilingual (English and Spanish)
