Job Full DescriptionJob Title: Day Shift Production Worker (12-Hour Shift) Location: East Mesa, AZ Schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, e/o Wednesday 5:30AM - 6:00PM Pay Rate: $18/hr Job Overview:We are seeking a hardworking and reliable 12-hr Shift Production Worker to join our team in a government-regulated facility. This position involves the onloading and offloading of materials into machinery, monitoring the production process, and maintaining a high level of attention to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate must be comfortable standing for long periods and operating in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Key Responsibilities:Onload and offload materials into machinery as part of the production processOperate equipment safely, following all government and company regulationsMonitor production lines and ensure efficient operation of machineryConduct quality checks on products to ensure compliance with standardsMaintain a clean and safe work area, following safety protocols at all timesCommunicate any operational or safety issues to the supervisor immediatelyAssist with routine maintenance of production machinery as neededDocument production data and report any discrepancies or issuesQualifications:Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferredAbility to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for 12 hours per shiftStrong attention to detail and ability to follow strict proceduresAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and operate machinery safelyWillingness to work in a highly regulated environment with strict safety standardsPreferred:Experience working in a government-regulated facility is a plusFamiliarity with basic machine operation and maintenanceCompensation:$18 per hour with the potential for overtime.
