We leverage decades of experience to deliver contingent staffing, direct placement, executive search, and workforce services worldwide.What You'll Do:Production OperationsSupervise daily activities of production personnel across assigned manufacturing linesEnsure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and safety standardsCoordinate shift startup, staffing coverage, and workflow balancingMonitor throughput, scrap rates, and downtime to optimize performanceSupport equipment changeovers and process adjustmentsTeam LeadershipLead, coach, and develop production team membersConduct shift meetings and communicate goals, priorities, and updatesMonitor attendance, performance, and productivity metricsSupport onboarding and training of new employeesPromote a positive and accountable team cultureQuality & ComplianceEnsure adherence to quality standards and work instructionsPartner with Quality team to resolve defects and corrective actionsMaintain compliance with safety procedures and company policiesSupport audits and documentation requirementsContinuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce wasteSupport Lean manufacturing initiatives and 5S programsTrack KPIs and implement corrective actions when neededParticipate in root-cause investigations and process improvementsCross-Functional CoordinationWork closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse teamsSupport material availability and production readinessAssist with production planning and schedule adjustmentsWhat You'll Bring:High school diploma or GED requiredMinimum 5 years of manufacturing experienceMinimum 2 year supervisory or team-lead experience in a manufacturing settingWhat Sets You Apart:Bilingual in MandarinExperience in solar, electronics, automotive, or high-volume manufacturing environments strongly preferredAbility to lead teams in a fast-paced production settingStrong communication and problem-solving skillsBasic computer proficiency (ERP systems, Excel, production tracking tools)Additional Information:Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
