This fast-paced diagnostic and procedural unit cares for a complex cardiac population of patients including: NSTEMI, AFIB, Unstable Angina, Advanced Heart Failure and LVADs.Summary: The Certified Nursing Assistant - Acute Care role assists in the administration of nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Performs a variety of direct and indirect care duties. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):Education:High school diploma or GED preferred. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Certified Nursing Assistant required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. Experience:Relevant experience preferred.
