D365 Customer Engagement Business Solution AdvisorThe D365 Customer Engagement Business Solution Advisor (BSA) plays a critical role in driving revenue growth for Avanade's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement business. This role supports global sales efforts by providing solution envisioning, technical expertise, and pre‐sales leadership across Sales and Customer Service solutions.The BSA partners closely with Avanade and Accenture sales teams, Microsoft, and clients to shape opportunities, develop compelling proposals, and position Avanade as a trusted advisor.Job SummaryAs a D365 Customer Engagement Business Solution Advisor, you will provide solution and technical leadership throughout the sales lifecycle - from opportunity qualification through proposal development and transition to delivery. You will specialize in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions for Sales and/or Customer Service, helping customers understand what is possible with technology and how Avanade uniquely delivers value.Key Responsibilities* Sales & Pre‐Sales Leadership* Act as solution lead for new customer opportunities, shaping sales strategy and solution vision* Partner with business development teams to develop and execute winning sales strategies* Lead and support large, complex proposal efforts and pursuits* Provide early‐stage opportunity qualification and assessment aligned to Avanade differentiators* Deliver high‐quality presentations, solution narratives, and tailored demonstrations (POCs)* Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information using internal CRM and pricing tools* Solution & Technical Expertise* Envision and articulate end‐to‐end D365 Customer Engagement solutions for Sales and Customer Service* Understand customer business requirements deeply and translate them into scalable solutions* Support transition from sales to delivery, including project kick‐off and customer enablement* Evangelise D365 Sales and Customer Service solutions across global regions* Client, Partner & Market Engagement* Build and maintain strong relationships with Accenture, Microsoft, customers, and industry partners* Represent Avanade at customer and industry events* Develop thought leadership through POV documents, webinars, and client briefings* Contribute to Avanade intellectual property, solution assets, and knowledge capital* Provide input to Global teams on brand development, market awareness, and positioning* Success Measures* Achievement of sales and revenue targets through effective sales support* Development and reuse of solution assets and field‐generated IP* Ongoing technical growth, certifications, and capability readiness* Active participation and leadership within Avanade technology and solution communitiesD365 Customer Engagement Business Solution AdvisorThe D365 Customer Engagement Business Solution Advisor (BSA) plays a critical role in driving revenue growth for Avanade's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement business.
