Extension is seeking a Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity with a growing manufacturing organization located in Port Washington, WI.About Our ClientEstablished and growing manufacturing organization experiencing continued growthCollaborative, team-oriented environment with strong cross-department communicationOpportunity to work directly with customers and internal teams to bring new products into productionCompetitive salary and long-term career stabilityKey Objectives / Role ResponsibilitiesManage the quotation process and oversee the transition of new business into manufacturingServe as the primary liaison between customers, internal teams, and vendors to ensure project successCollaborate with Engineering and Plant leadership to determine labor rates and project requirements for quotesCommunicate project timelines, production schedules, material requirements, and equipment availability with plant personnelCoordinate with Purchasing and internal teams to obtain and manage raw material specificationsMaintain quoting documentation and historical pricing databasesEnsure customer expectations are met through strong project coordination and customer serviceDesired Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferredExperience in a manufacturing or contract manufacturing environment3+ years of project management experienceStrong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and organizational levelsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace toolsStrong problem-solving, analytical, and customer relationship management skillsSalary Information$70k - $90k/yearWe're looking forward to connecting with you and are excited to help you make your next career move!
