Technical Project Manager

Technical Project ManagerWe are looking for a technical project manager with strong experience in java-based software development to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of technical projects. The ideal candidate can bridge business needs with technical execution and support java engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end project delivery: planning, scheduling, risk management, and reporting.Work closely with Java developers to clarify requirements, remove blockers, and ensure technical alignment.Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Product Management.Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).Communicate project status, risks, and timelines to stakeholders.Maintain project documentation and drive process improvements.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or similar field.7+ years of experience in technical project or program management.Background in Java development or experience managing Java-based projects.Solid understanding of Java, Spring Boot, APIs, and Microservices.Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
