Description Position Summary: This outside sales position will be assigned a territory in the Atlanta, GA area. The home care sales team member must build relationships and develop, maintain, and grow a network of repeat home care referrals to meet their monthly admission goals. This individual will manage and create relationships with leading referral sources and influencers in the local market. We seek a candidate with a solid book of business and a proven track record of implementing marketing/sales strategies, building relationships, establishing a new business, and valuing a collaborative and fun work environment.You must have an active book of business already established in the Atlanta, GA area.Benefits:401(k)Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsuranceHealth Savings AccountPaid Time OffEmployee Discount Program and more!ResponsibilitiesDevelop and build rapport with referral sources in the community.Must understand the sales language.Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner.Work flexible hours.Engage with referral sources daily.Building in-depth knowledge of the service and keep up with feature updates.Implement the standard operating procedures for sales processes.Execute daily, weekly, or monthly tasks assigned by the Business Development leader.Actively participate in Business Development training meetings.Work with the team to provide top-quality customer service.Actively generate new leads and close sales.Achieve weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years previous knowledge of workers comp, geriatric care, care management or health care preferred.Must display excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Familiarity with and understanding of the common sales practices in the home healthcare industry.A humble, enthusiastic, and adaptable personality.Ability to interface effectively and professionally with clients and stakeholders, including family, physicians, attorneys, etc.Ability to work a flexible schedule; occasional evenings, weekends & holidays may be required.Computer proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint required.Reliable transportation required.Equal Opportunity EmployerThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.For further information, please review the Know Your Rights notice from the Department of Labor.
