Patient Recruitment Specialist
The Patient Recruitment Coordinator (PRC) is responsible for identifying, pre-screening, and scheduling appointments for potential participants for enrolling clinical research trials. The PRC must have the ability to analyze information provided by the potential participant to determine study participation eligibility.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Phone screen potential volunteers that have contacted the research organization (phone, email, social medical, etc.) and document in the clinical trial management system accordingly.
Upload and process all leads and referrals into our patient database
Review and understand criteria for enrolling clinical research studies
Deliver monthly goal of prescreen and screen appointments as assigned by supervisor
Comply with company policies and core values
Work with upper management and research coordinators to ensure recruitment specific criteria is being met.
Assist in implementation of new policies that will help decrease inefficiencies
Identify potential volunteers by reviewing medical records and study charts
Additional duties/responsibilities may be assigned as needed
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability and willingness to work independently with minimal supervision
Sales mentality with excellent communication skills and a high degree of professionalism

MINIMUM PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPIERENCE, AND CERITIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree or higher education
Phone sales experience: 1-2 years
Medical terminology
PAY RANGE
$19-$21/hr. with monthly incentive plan based on performance
SCHEDULE
Monday-Thursday: 8:00a-5:00p
Friday: 8:00a-12:00p
Opportunity for hybrid schedule after initial training period

Pay: Up to $21.00 per hour
