Opportunity for a legal professional to join a leading solar manufacturing company as inhouse legal counsel.1. Position OverviewTitle: In-House CounselReporting To: Legal Director (in Texas) and possible General Counsel on select mattersEmployment Type: Full timeLocation: remote, or onsite in Texas2. Role PurposeThe In-House Counsel will provide day to day legal support across commercial contracting, supply chain, and trade and regulatory compliance, related to solar module manufacturing and sales.3. Core ResponsibilitiesReviewing and negotiating commercial agreements including MSAs, supply agreements, purchase orders, NDAs, and logistics contracts.Supporting trade, tariff, and customs matters including AD CVD and related import compliance issues.Advising on solar module manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution issues.Supporting domestic content, FEOC, and tax credit related certifications and compliance efforts.Handling routine legal matters currently outsourced to outside counsel.Coordinating with outside counsel on specialized matters as needed.Advising on Intellectual Property matters.4. Candidate ProfileJuris Doctor and active U.S. bar admissionPrior in-house experience preferredIdeally with experience in Solar manufacturing or manufacturing industry.Intellectual Property experience is plus but not required.Practical, efficient, and business oriented
