Project Manager 📍 Downtown Chicago, IL (Hybrid: 3 days in-office / 2 remote) 🏗️ Fully Integrated DeveloperWe’re working with one of Chicago’s most respected, design-driven developers as they continue to expand their team. With roughly $100M in annual revenue and a growing pipeline of multi-family, high-rise, and high-end retail/hospitality developments, this group is building some of the more thoughtful and high-impact projects in the city.Their edge is a fully integrated model-development, design, and construction all in-house-which creates a more collaborative, efficient, and creative project environment. You’ll be involved earlier, have more visibility, and play a bigger role in key decisions.What You’ll Be Doing:Take ownership of projects from early-stage planning through construction deliveryWork cross-functionally with internal development, design, and construction teamsManage budgets, schedules, consultants, and contractor relationshipsHelp guide design decisions with cost and constructability inputLead coordination and keep projects moving across all phasesBe a key voice in delivering high-quality, design-focused developmentsWhat They’re Looking For:5–10+ years of experience in construction, development, or project managementBackground in multi-family, high-rise, or high-end retail/hospitality projectsSomeone comfortable working across both predevelopment and constructionStrong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environmentDesire to be part of a growing, design-focused organizationWhy This Role:💰 Base salary up to $150,000 + bonus🌴 Unlimited PTO (with a 15-day minimum encouraged)🏥 Strong healthcare benefits💼 401(k) with company match🏢 Brand-new downtown Chicago office🏠 Hybrid schedule (3 days in / 2 remote)📍 All projects local to Chicagoland – no travel required🚀 Opportunity to grow with a developer in true expansion modeIf you want to move beyond a traditional GC role and step into a more integrated, big-picture position, this is a strong opportunity to do it.
