On many projects, you’ll work directly across all three disciplines, giving you greater visibility, stronger collaboration, and more control over project execution from concept through completion.Their portfolio spans industrial, commercial, residential, hospitality, civil, and more, with a heavy focus on large-scale, ground-up projects ranging up to $500M.The Opportunity:They’re looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience leading complex ground-up projects valued at $75M+ who wants to step into a broader, more strategic role within a globally backed organization.What You’ll Be Doing:Lead large-scale projects from preconstruction through closeoutOversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and project executionManage and mentor PMs, APMs, and project teamsCollaborate directly with in-house architecture and engineering teamsDrive client relationships and executive-level communicationEnsure successful delivery across all project phasesWhat They’re Looking For:8–15+ years of experience with a General Contractor or integrated builderProven success managing ground-up projects valued at $75M+Experience leading large, complex projects from start to finishStrong financial management and leadership skillsAbility to work cross-functionally with design and engineering teamsStrong client-facing communication skillsCompensation & Benefits:💰 $160,000 – $180,000 base salary + bonus🚗 Car allowance🏥 100% employer-paid health insurance🌴 Unlimited PTO🏠 Hybrid schedule (2 days remote)🕐 Half-day FridaysIf you’re looking for a Senior PM role with large-scale project exposure, long-term stability, and a more integrated approach to project delivery, this is one of the stronger opportunities in the Chicago market.
