Compensation: In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is $87,000 yearly. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law. Compensation is based on location/shift: Responsibilities: The employee manages the portfolio of donors for the agency and maintains relationships with donors. Building and maintaining relationships with volunteers, community supporters, sponsorships, endorsements, and donors. Securing corporate sponsorships and celebrity endorsements, silent and live auction items. Preparing and presenting regular reports on progress towards fundraising goals for the agency. Managing grant writing and identification of new grant opportunities. Directing and assisting with the organization of seasonal activities, promotions and fundraising events on an ongoing basis. Researching alternative funding streams The employee provides support to all community events and trainings. Coordinating, organizing, and executing all internal and external events and fundraisers throughout the year. Oversees the development team Ensures a successful social media presence.
