Creative Operations ProducerWe are seeking a Creative Operations Producer to help design, manage, and execute large-scale creative publishing and marketing pipelines within a fast-paced gaming environment. This role focuses on operational rigor, workflow consistency, and delivery excellence across creative production, asset management, and cross-functional collaboration. The Producer brings structure to complex systems, ensuring creative assets move efficiently, are properly governed, and are ready for global publishing and marketing needs.The BasicsDuration: 8 month with possibility to extend longerHours per week: Full time, approximately 40 hours per weekLocation requirements: Hybrid, 3 days onsite flexible with days onsite Required QualificationsBachelors degree requiredMinimum of 8 years of experience in creative operations, production operations, or marketing operationsGaming industry background requiredStrong understanding of video, static, and publishing production pipelinesAdvanced proficiency with Asana, including managing complex workflows and multi-project trackingProficiency with PowerPoint for presentations and documentationStrong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tablesExperience administering or supporting Digital Asset Management systemsDemonstrated ability to support cross-functional teams and external agenciesStrong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skillsProven ability to translate strategy into repeatable operational workflows and systemsKey ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day project execution, ensuring assets meet timelines, scope, and quality standardsRun and track kickoff meetings for asset development, keeping cross-functional teams aligned throughout productionMonitor creative pipelines to ensure work moves smoothly through intake, production, review, and delivery stagesPartner with leadership to help define, refine, and operationalize SOPs and workflowsMaintain consistent project structures, documentation, and tracking within workflow toolsManage Digital Asset Management processes, including taxonomy, naming conventions, metadata, tagging, permissions, and versioningEnsure assets are properly organized, searchable, compliant, and aligned with publishing and platform requirementsConduct routine audits to maintain asset hygiene and file governance standardsSupport integrations between DAM systems, workflow tools, and production processesEnsure agencies and partners follow established standards for templates, deliverables, specifications, metadata, and file hygieneTrack delivery timelines, revision cycles, and operational performance across projectsSupport ongoing optimization of creative operations infrastructure, including documentation and knowledge sharingIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
