Project Manager

Core Requirements:Bachelor's degree required, Engineering discipline a plus5+ years' experience managing capital projectsExisting equipment upgrade or new equipment installation project experienceFacility expansion experiencePreferred Requirements:Professional Engineer or Project Management Professional certificationsThis position will be responsible for executing large-scale equipment and facility upgrades. These projects will include managing teams of internal and external personnel to ensure objectives are completed on time and under budget. The Project Manager will be an impact player with a proven track record of accomplishments, understanding the business implications of decisions, and the ability to work with urgency.Responsibilities:Manage at a high proficiency level, including identification of the business case, initial planning, developing scope, determining benefits, and estimating costsPerform a complete technical review of equipment supplier proposals and recommend the purchase of equipment that is acceptableEmpower teams with a managerial style that is collaborative, inclusive, and balanced in approach to achieve commitmentsDirect, review, and approve engineering designs, technical specifications, and drawings, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulationsPartner with the site Manufacturing and Maintenance departments to ensure projects are completed to meet the highest standards of Safety and Quality without disrupting ProductionChampion a Safety First culture across all project phases, ensuring that safety considerations are embedded in planning, design, execution, and commissioningMaintain up-to-date knowledge of current technology through plant visits, continuing education, seminars, and technical exchangesCiresiMorek is a team of experienced industry professionals known for a hands-on, relationship-driven approach.
