First and last round are quick phone interviews with HM and Director, round 2 and 3 will be with tech team and other product MGRSOur client has an immediate job opportunity for a SAFe Certified Product Manager. The selected Product Manager will be working with the scrum team, scrum master, external and internal project stakeholders, and management team on their digital product development effort. Develops and Implements strategy for the company's product line and is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision. Working with Product Owners, IT, and other stakeholders to prioritize product and customer requirements against the business strategy, product roadmap, and value drivers. Partners closely with engineering to ensure we deliver winning products that meet member needs. Oversees the product roadmap development process ensuring it includes the UX, design teams, operations managers, engineering managers, and finance teams. Confirms project deadlines with support from the product owners and delivery team. To ensure the product development stages meet internal and external stakeholders. expectations. Also, provide timely and accurate communication of updates to the product's overall deployment. Reports on product performance using latent and predictive data to confirm that product performance meets high-reliability standards. Develops and aligns the Product Roadmap to strategic goals by working with customers, both internal and external, as well as Stakeholders to analyze and document both business and technology needs. Ensuring overall product success.This position is a hybrid opportunity, requiring the selected candidate to come into the office (Reston VA) 1-2x per week. This position will also require 1-2 onsite/F2F interviews prior to selection.Required Skills Education Level: Bachelor's Degree - In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience. Must be SAFe Certified Experience: 10+ years total experience, with the last 6 years previous years as a Product Manager with an in-depth knowledge of agile process and principles. Seeking a road-mapping/visionary Product Manager who can manage a portfolio of complex digital projects (3-5 product workstreams at one time) At least two (2) AI related product projects in the recent past is required. Must have strong AI product experienceHighly preferred: Healthcare Insurance/Payor background. If not healthcare industry, must be coming from a large IT organization Product vs Strategy and execution expertise - Seeking Road Mapping / Visionary experience. Able to collaborate with Executives on larger, 2-3 year plans/visions Google Analytics expertise - Expertise in Google Analytics tool and understanding implementation to analytics Aha tool experience Career product evolution within the digital product tools and backend technology space. Seeking expertise in working in web portals, mobile apps and back end (web services, db implementation), cloud migration, any member facing applications/platforms/mobile apps Leading strategic and innovation idea creation and implementation Mastery in holistic Product management lifecycle from discovery to post implementation analytics. Managing Demanding stakeholders in a complex work environmentMust be able to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities, deadlines, and workloads that can be variable for long periods of time.Must be able to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers, within set expectations for service excellence.Must be able to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service to every internal and external customer, including customers who may be demanding or otherwise challenging.
