Digital Product Director

A company is looking for a Director, Digital Product to lead the vision and strategy for digital experiences aimed at professional contractors. Key Responsibilities Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of the digital roadmap for professional contractors Lead agile product delivery and ensure alignment across product, engineering, and design teams Champion a data-driven approach to measure and improve digital performance and user satisfaction Required Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Proven track record in optimizing eCommerce experiences that drive business impact Strong strategic thinking skills with experience in translating business goals into actionable plans Understanding of digital analytics tools and experience with KPI setting and performance analysis Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
